Shipping Information:

Shipping Rates: Free Shipping for all orders over $300! Currently
we
are offering a Free Shipping Promotion for all order over $300. Please
note that orders may be shipped either by UPS or by LTL - Trucking
company delivery. If your order is shipped via LTL-trucking, please
note that it is a "curbside" delivery. The trucking company will
contact you to make arrangements for the delivery to your home. Because
it is a curbside service, please note that the driver will not bring it
into your home. Please note that if you wish to return your order, the
actual outbound shipping costs (shipping cost to ship your order to
your home) will not be refunded.
If you would like to preview the shipping rates for smaller accessories or for items less than $300, you
can add all of the items that you are interested in to the shopping
cart then enter the state and the zip code and click on Recalculate to see the actual shipping rates. Your order will not be finalized until you complete the checkout process so don't worry.
Shipping Lead Time: Orders
take about 1 to 3 weeks to ship from our warehouse here in New Jersey.
Orders can ship either by UPS Freight or by a common carrier trucking
company. Depending on where you live it make take anywhere from 5 to 10
days for your order to arrive once it has shipped.
Shipping Method: At
this time we can only offer standard ground shipping to the 48
contiguous states. Your order will ship either on a truck line (LTL or
common carrier trucking) or by standard UPS Ground as long as the
dimensions of the items do not exceed UPS shipping regulations. If your
order ships by Truck line, we will send you an e-mail with a PRO# and
information on how to check the progress of your shipment. If your
order ships by UPS, we will e-mail you the UPS tracking numbers once
your order has shipped.
Receiving your shipment: When
you receive your order, please make sure that all of the packages look
like they are in good condition. Any shipping damages which may have
occurred in transit must be noted with the carrier. This is especially
important for Truck line shipping. If your order is shipped via UPS,
please retain all of the outside packaging materials. We take care to
double box and pad each item that ships via UPS but if there are any
"hidden" damages, UPS requires that all of the outside packaging is
kept and not discarded. Once you have had a chance to inspect all the
items, then it is safe to discard all of the cardboard. If there are

Returns: You
may return any item purchased from us within 30 days for any reason.
Please note that the actual outbound shipping (shipping paid by us to ship the
order to you) is not refundable so this amount will be deducted from
your credit once we receive your return. Also, you must ship your
return items prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for shipping costs to
return the items back to us.
Please keep in mind that once an
order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an
order, you must cancel the order within 48 hours. If you refuse an
order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where
outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
In order to return your item to us, please contact us either by phone or by e-mail
and provide us with the order date and order number and the last name
on the order. One of our associates will give you a (RA#) return
authorization number and also instructions on how to return the items
to us. Once you receive your RA#, please carefully pack the items and
ship insured using the carrier of your choice. All returned products
must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional
charges may be applied.
Any item that has been assembled or modifed cannot be returned for any reason.
