What is the warranty on the Maxtrix Furniture?
Maxtrix furniture is warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 5 years for defects in materials and/or workmanship. Also, Maxtrix furniture offers a guarantee that for a period of 5 years from purchase, you will be able to upgrade or adapt the beds.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We keep almost everything in stock so our shipping turnaround time is about 1 to 3 weeks. Most orders ship out within a week but there are times when we require just a little more time.
I already have a mattress, can I use it with the Maxtrix Beds?
Yes, the Maxtrix beds are designed to be used with a standard twin or full size mattress. The recommended thickness of the mattress is 6" to 8". If your mattress is slightly thicker than 6-8", you can still use it with the Maxtrix beds so long as the thickness does not exceed 10".
How much weight can the beds hold?
Maxtrix beds are designed to hold 400lbs. Please note that we do not recommend having more than 1 child on the top bunk bed or a loft bed at any time.
Where is the Maxtrix furniture made?
Maxtrix furniture is crafted from the finest birch hardwood and birch hardwood veneers. The furniture is made in the latest technologically adbvanced factories in China and Vietnam.
I've been hearing a lot about lead in children's furniture. Does the Maxtrix furniture use any lead in the finishes?
NO! Maxtrix finishes are safe and tested to not contain any lead in the finish.
Will the Maxtrix zippered mattress cover fit over my current mattress?
No, Maxtrix mattress zippered covers are designed to fit only the Maxtrix mattresses. If you have a mattress that you are using right now, you may use just regular fitted sheets.
Why does Maxtrix sell the finials separately?
New regulations require all bunk beds and loft beds to not have any finials. Finials are recommended for use when the beds are converted to a regular twin or full bed with no bunk or loft extensions.
Can I fit the Maxtrix tower on my bunk bed or loft bed?
The Maxtrix tower is designed to fit over the Maxtrix low loft bed with the slide. It was designed to fit over the slide.
