Shipping Info

For a limited time we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $800!

Shipping Rates:
Currently we are offering a Free Shipping Promotion for all order over $800. Please note that orders may be shipped either by Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or by LTL - Trucking company delivery. If your order is shipped via LTL-trucking, please note that it is a "curbside" delivery. The trucking company will contact you to make arrangements for the delivery to your home. Because it is a curbside service, please note that the driver will not bring it into your home.

If you would like to preview the shipping rates for smaller accessories or for items less than $800, you can add all of the items that you are interested in to the shopping cart then enter the state and the zip code and click on Recalculate to see the actual shipping rates. Your order will not be finalized until you complete the checkout process so don't worry.

Shipping Lead Time:
Orders take up to 6 to 8 weeks to ship from our warehouse here in New Jersey. Orders can ship either by Fedex Ground, UPS Ground or by a Trucking company. If your order is shipped by Fedex Ground or UPS Ground, depending on where you live it make take anywhere from 5 to 7 days for your order to arrive once it has shipped and left our warehouse. If your order was shipped using a Trucking company it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks to arrive at your home after it leaves our warehouse. The trucking company uses a network of carriers and moving companies and does take a little longer to deliver than Fedex Ground or UPS Ground.

Shipping Method:
At this time we can only offer standard ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Your order will ship either on a truck line (LTL or common carrier trucking) or by standard UPS or Fedex Ground as long as the dimensions of the items do not exceed UPS or Fedex shipping regulations. If your order ships by Truck line, we will send you an e-mail with a Waybill# and information on how to check the progress of your shipment. If your order ships by Fedex or UPS, we will e-mail you the tracking numbers once your order has shipped.

Receiving your shipment:
When you receive your order, please make sure that all of the packages look like they are in good condition. Any shipping damages which may have occurred in transit must be noted with the carrier. This is especially important for Truck line shipping. If your order is shipped via Fedex or UPS, please retain all of the outside packaging materials. We take care to double box and pad each item that ships via Fedex or UPS but if there are any "hidden" damages, Fedex or UPS requires that all of the outside packaging is kept and not discarded. Once you have had a chance to inspect all the items, then it is safe to discard all of the cardboard. Also, please recycle all the cardboard. If there are any damages, please contact us immediately. Returns:
You may return any item purchased from us within 30 days for any reason. Please note that the actual outbound shipping (shipping paid by us to ship the order to you) is not refundable so this amount will be deducted from your credit once we receive your return. Also, you must ship your return items prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return the items back to us.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, you must cancel the order within 48 hours. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

In order to return your item to us, please contact us either by phone or by e-mail and provide us with the order date and order number and the last name on the order. One of our associates will give you a (RA#) return authorization number and also instructions on how to return the items to us. Once you receive your RA#, please carefully pack the items and ship insured using the carrier of your choice. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Returned items are also subject to a 25% re-stocking fee as well as outbound shipping fees.

Any item that has been assembled or modifed cannot be returned for any reason.
