Returns  by 
You may return any item purchased from us within 30 days for any reason. Please note that the actual outbound shipping (shipping paid by us to ship the order to you) is not refundable so this amount will be deducted from your credit once we receive your return. Also, you must ship your return items prepaid and insured. We are not responsible for shipping costs to return the items back to us and any damages incurred during return shipping.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, you must cancel the order within 48 hours. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

In order to return your item to us, please contact us either by phone or by e-mail and provide us with the order date and order number and the last name on the order. One of our associates will give you a (RA#) return authorization number and also instructions on how to return the items to us. Once you receive your RA#, please carefully pack the items and ship insured using the carrier of your choice. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Returned items are also subject to a 25% re-stocking fee as well as outbound shipping fees.

Any item that has been assembled or modifed cannot be returned for any reason.

Sales Tax  by 
Orders shipped within the State of New Jersey are assessed a 7% sales tax.  For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Shipping Policy  by 
Shipping Lead Time:
Orders take up to 6 to 8 weeks to ship from our warehouse here in New Jersey. Orders can ship either by Fedex Freight or by a Trucking company. If your order shipped by Fedex, depending on where you live it make take anywhere from 5 to 7 days for your order to arrive once it has shipped. If your order was shipped using a Trucking company it can take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at your home after the shipment leaves from our warehouse. The trucking company uses a network of carriers and moving companies and does take a little longer to deliver than Fedex.

Shipping Method:
At this time we can only offer standard ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Your order will ship either on a truck line (LTL or common carrier trucking) or by standard Fedex Ground as long as the dimensions of the items do not exceed Fedex shipping regulations. If your order ships by Truck line, we will send you an e-mail with a Waybill# and information on how to check the progress of your shipment. If your order ships by Fedex, we will e-mail you the Fedex tracking numbers once your order has shipped.

Receiving your shipment:
When you receive your order, please make sure that all of the packages look like they are in good condition. Any shipping damages which may have occurred in transit must be noted with the carrier. This is especially important for Truck line shipping. If your order is shipped via Fedex, please retain all of the outside packaging materials. We take care to double box and pad each item that ships via Fedex but if there are any "hidden" damages, Fedex requires that all of the outside packaging is kept and not discarded. Once you have had a chance to inspect all the items, then it is safe to discard all of the cardboard. If there are any damages, please contact us immediately. Typographical Errors  by 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
